Mai 2020 \u00fcber die titelgenannte Vorlage in der zweiten Runde der Differenzbereinigung beraten. SwissHoldings, der Verband der Industrie- und Dienstleitungsunternehmen in der Schweiz, umfasst 59 der gr\u00f6ssten Konzerne der Schweiz, welche zusammen rund 70% der gesamten B\u00f6rsenkapitalisierung der SIX Swiss Exchange ausmachen. Im Hinblick auf Ihre Beratung m\u00f6chten wir Ihnen unsere Empfehlungen abgeben:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurzposition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aus unserer Sicht gibt es nun noch <strong>verschiedene Differenzen, betreffend welche es f\u00fcr uns zentral ist, dass Sie an den Beschl\u00fcssen des Nationalrats festhalten. Es handelt sich dabei insbesondere um die folgenden:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Beschl\u00fcsse betreffend die Veg\u00fcV <\/strong>(vgl. Beschl\u00fcsse zu Art. 734e, Art. 735a Abs.\u00a02, Art. 735c Ziff. 2<sup>bis<\/sup> und 2<sup>ter<\/sup>, Art. 734a Abs. 1 Ziff. 4 und 735c Ziff. 4 OR).
