Juni 2020 \u00fcber die titelgenannte Vorlage in der zweiten Runde der Differenzbereinigung beraten. SwissHoldings, der Verband der Industrie- und Dienstleitungsunternehmen in der Schweiz, umfasst 59 der gr\u00f6ssten Konzerne der Schweiz, welche zusammen rund 70% der gesamten B\u00f6rsenkapitalisierung der SIX Swiss Exchange ausmachen. Im Hinblick auf Ihre Beratung m\u00f6chten wir Ihnen unsere Empfehlungen abgeben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurzposition<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr unsere Mitgliedfirmen ist es nach wie vor \u00e4usserst wichtig, dass Sie im Nationalrat an gewissen f\u00fcr uns <strong>zentralen Beschl\u00fcssen festhalten, resp. der Mehrheit der RK-N auf Festhalten<\/strong> folgen. Dies betrifft insbesondere die folgenden Beschl\u00fcsse:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Beschl\u00fcsse des Nationalrats betreffend die Veg\u00fcV<\/strong> (vgl. insbes. Art. 735a Abs. 2 OR und Art. 735c Ziff. 2bis und 2ter OR).
