Oktober 2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Kurzposition:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Die Wirtschaft lehnt die Einf\u00fchrung einer staatlichen Investitionskontrolle ab. Der Bericht des Bundesrates zur grossen Bedeutung ausl\u00e4ndischen Investitionen f\u00fcr den Wohlstand in der Schweiz wird begr\u00fcsst, die Empfehlung f\u00fcr ein weiterf\u00fchrendes Monitoring unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li>Bestehende Instrumente reichen, um \u00f6ffentliche Sicherheit und Ordnung zu garantieren<\/li>\n<li>Staatliche Investitionskontrollen sind weder effizient noch effektiv, aber sch\u00e4dlich<\/li>\n<li>Protektionismus bringt Nachteile statt gleich langer Spiesse f\u00fcr hiesige Firmen im Ausland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Auch die Wirtschaft ist bestrebt, hiesige Unternehmen (Schweizerische und ausl\u00e4ndische) vor Technologiediebstahl und Wettbewerbsnachteilen zu bewahren, Arbeitspl\u00e4tze zu erhalten und den Standort zu st\u00e4rken.
