- Rejection of amendments to the Competition Act to combat the „high price island Switzerland“. Such are both unnecessary and incongruous with the regulatory policy.
- Improving the rule of law in competition proceedings and mitigation of sanctions when a robust inhouse compliance organization is in place.
- Switzerland needs a coherent digital economy strategy.
